THE CHALLENGE
It can be a challenge for any business to reach their customers but this is especially so for QES.
QES are an alternative solution for youth aged 16 - 19 in South Auckland who either don't suit mainstream schooling or wish to fast track their career by only studying what they're interested in.
POP THAT was tasked with creating video content to engage the disengaged and encourage enrolment into their Youth Guarantee courses.

We've come to learn all about QES and their students from having worked with their business development team over the last few years. During that time, we've created a sales and marketing system that measures the ROI for each of their funnel sources, inside their Sales Matrix.
What we've seen recently is a strong trend on Social, with Facebook organic leads converting at a rate of 15.79% (as at 23 April 2018). That's HUGE!
On surveying the student base to see where they're consuming online content, the team made a decision to launch a YouTube advert campaign using our video content.

This video was viewed more than 26k times in the first 6-weeks across both Facebook and YouTube, with a whopping 21.1% of people watching the full video!
